The Tanzania Medicines and Medical Devices Authority (TMDA) has reviewed its third edition of the Clients’ Service Charter (CSC). The review has been triggered by the need to bolster the quality of services offered and to move in line with changes in legislation and introduction of more sophisticated information management system that responds well to customer needs and expectations.
Significantly, we have also reduced the timelines for almost all services we currently offer to our customers in this new fourth edition. This has been done taking congruence of the government’s efforts to industrialize our nation, reduce turn-around times, working in a speedy fashion and increase efficiency and effectiveness.
