Appointed Inspectors
Section 105 of the Tanzania Medicines and Medical Device Authority Act, Cap.219 empowers the Authority to appoint, authorize and recognize inspectors to perform functions and powers of inspectors under the Act.
The TMDA Director General is satisfied that the appointed inspectors have no interest in the manufacture, importation or sale of any product regulated under the Act.
