STAKEHOLDERS COMMENTS ON REVISED TANZANIA MEDICINES AND MEDICAL DEVICES (FEES AND CHARGES) REGULATIONS, 2021

1. Tanzania Medicines and Medical Devices Authority (TMDA) is mandated to protect public health by ensuring the quality, safety and efficacy of medical product as per section 5(1) of the Tanzania Medicines and Medical Devices Act Cap, 219
2. As part of efforts to create a conducive business environment in Tanzania, TMDA has reviewed the current Fees and Charges Regulations to accommodate various stakeholders’ recommendations.
3. In view of this, you are kindly requested to submit your comments on the revised fee structure until 10th July, 2024
