NOTICE ON THE DEACTIVATION OF MULTIPLE TRADER ACCOUNTS AND THE USE OF A SINGLE ACCOUNT IN THE ONLINE PORTAL

1. TMDA would like to notify its esteemed customers, that following the implementation of the online system for receiving and processing various applications related to medicines, applicants and marketing authorization holders had created and used several online trader accounts. Presence of multiple trader accounts led to delays in processing some applications. In view of this and in order to improve our services, TMDA has reorganized the online database system and deactivated multiple accounts belonging to the same customer so that each customer can have only one active trader account.
2. The active trader account has been synchronized with registered products and applications of a particular customer to increase efficiency of services rendered through the online portal.
3. Further it should be noted that, any additional account created will only be activated by TMDA upon request from customers accompanied with proper justification. All active accounts for all customers can be accessed here.
