TMDA introduces Swahili version of exit interview forms

TMDA would like to notify it's esteemed customers that it has introduced the swahili version of Exit Interview Forms. The forms have been translated following the English version which was uploaded on this website earlier in May, 2020.

The decision to translate the forms had been triggered by customers who visited and responded to the English forms filled out before disembarking TMDA premises.

All versions of the forms (i.e. English and Swahili) are now available at the reception counters of all TMDA offices including zone offices.

We still would like to request our customers to carry on filling the forms as they assist us in identifying challenges you face and consequently improve our service delivery.

As of todate we have received a total of 19 filled out forms and we thank all who took their time to feedback us on our services.

The evaluation of customer responses would be posted on this website at the end of each month.
