A tour by the Minister for Livestock and Fisheries Hon: Luhaga Mpina (MP) on 6th June, 2020 to Hester Biosciences (Africa) Ltd, a new veterinary vaccines manufacturing facility located at Kibaha, Coast Region focusing to audit progress on construction of the plant

A tour by the Minister for Livestock and Fisheries Hon: Luhaga Mpina (MP) on 6th June, 2020 to Hester Biosciences (Africa) Ltd, a new veterinary vaccines manufacturing facility located at Kibaha, Coast Region focusing to audit progress on construction of the plant which has currently reached 85% and expected to be commissioned and launched by end of September, 2020.

During his tour, the Minister was accompanied by senior officers from his Ministry and other government departments including Tanzania Medicines and Medical Devices Authority (TMDA).

The Minister in particular commended TMDA for being facilitative and provide technical guidance to Hester Biosciences (Africa) Ltd to ensure the facility achieve GMP requirements
