- Issuing of Business Permits;
- Post marketing surveillance;
- Coordination and Supervision of implementation of the delegated functions by LGAs;
- Provide Public Education on the responsibilities and functions of the Authority;
- Taking necessary regulatory action to ensurre quality, safety and efficacy of medicines, medical devices and In Vitro diagnostics.
